The theme of this design is to create a tailored jacket with a soft impression. To achieve this, what elements are necessary? The obvious approach would be to use softer materials for components like shoulder pads and interlining. However, in this case, the focus is on achieving softness through silhouette.
By introducing space between the body and the jacket, a more relaxed shape is created. The back panel gently flares out from the shoulders to the hem, subtly altering the overall impression. Even slight changes in line can make a significant difference.
On the front panel, the lapel roll is positioned lower, and the front edge line gradually opens outward towards the hem when viewed from the front. These design elements work together to create a tailored jacket with a softer, more relaxed feel.
