This garment may appear simple at first glance, but its structure is highly unique, incorporating multiple techniques. The front panel extending to the back side is made from a single pattern piece shaped with several darts. The front of the sleeve resembles a raglan sleeve, while the back takes the form of a kimono sleeve. Additionally, an under-sleeve is added to create more movement in the arm. This single sleeve design combines elements of three different sleeve types: a two-piece jacket sleeve, a raglan sleeve, and a kimono sleeve.
